Rosehip Physiotherapy

Helping women move and feel better

About Rosehip
Physiotherapy

As a physiotherapist, I specialize in treating musculoskeletal aches and pains, pelvic floor conditions such as incontinence and pelvic pain, and providing prenatal and postpartum care.

My goal is to empower women to become more knowledgeable about their bodies and feel strong and confident in any activity they choose to do.

I use a holistic approach that incorporates hands on treatment, needling, movement therapy, exercise, lifestyle modification, mindfulness, and dietary advice. My passion is working with women to support them through their individual journey to better health, wellness, and fitness.

I have gone to my Physiotherapist Yulia Bigger for several years now for recurring neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. I have found that the combination of manual manipulation/massage, treatment (Ex., dry needling) and exercises have been very effective in reducing my pain and increasing my mobility. I really like the fact that Yulia emails me a list of the exercises I need to do after each appointment, along with links to videos that remind me of the correct way to do each one. I highly recommend this place.

I have been seeing Yulia for a few years for various injuries, from neck strains to running injuries. During my pregnancy, she helped me exercise safely and prepare for birth. After having my baby, she helped me get back to my favourite sport, running! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about my progress

Yulia is a phenomenal physiotherapist. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she cares about my goals and has helped me navigate the confusing road of tests, doctors, and diagnosis in such a calm and compassionate way. Having her in my corner has made the whole process so much easier. I'm eternally grateful for her excellent care and her amazing workouts. Thanks to her my knee is pain free and as strong and stable as ever.
